I get that winter can be stressful, what with the cold temperatures, the inconvenience of your car not starting, not not being able to park in your regular spot because it is a snow route, but it looks like people are less and less able to deal with the volume of snow. I caught this news clip on CTV this afternoon as I ate my lunch. Later, I found this story from the CBC.

I have a neighbour like this where I live. He tried to stop city workers from clearing the streets in our neighbourhood last winter because his yard (on a corner) routinely got a lot of the pile up.
